Why do white women have small/flat butts?

Is it genetics or years of breeding? I respect all women, just curious why the majority is like this. I have seen only some white women who have junk in the trunk without being obese. I am also aware of many white women who have well-endowed posteriors!!!! But, in majority.... they have smaller ones...

im german i guess thats white and i have a big butt!and im a small girl so i guess some girls do but some girls have big ones.

Lady SHUTUP, white people think their butts are bigg when there like pancakes. now i onyly seen a few white people with some butt butt it was never as bigg as a black or hispanic womans they just THINK that its big bcuz compared to the other white people it isn't as flat !
