Keyboard shortcut in windows explorer of vista

I want to know if there is any shortcut in windows explorer to move between left and right panels. i.e., once you click on a folder on left side panel, you will see the list of files inside that folder in right hand panel. If you move the up and down arrow keys, different folders are selected in the left panel. Is there any keyboard shortcut to move to the right panel and selecting a particular file ?
