What is the view on the charge on internet resources?

Now adays,we can get all kinds of resources from the Internet, ranging from software to music, even homework. It is reported that these resources will be charge soon, as a matter fact, now if you found out useful information or material or good movies, when you want to download them free, you cannot do it from website, attentioned to you ,you should pay for them by visa or cellphone bank or e-bank card and so on. what is your opinion?
