Can we sue PTC sites that scammed us?

Is it possible? Or we can only do boycott them and report our complaint in GPTboycott.com?
As it is stated in GPTboycott.com, their only "aim is to name the offending 'get-paid' companies, and to urge our visitors to stop using them."
Just name them but we cannot sue?

yeah, guess that the others are right- we can sue them if they are a real company or at least if we can track the IP address of the server and find the address, because we have actually accepted the terms and they have not observe them!
