I do exercise once a day at least 30 minutes before breakfast. I don't know whether this is the best time, but it's effective. It helps me attain the energy and vigor I need for the whole day. I am stronger and I feel better. I feel good about myself not only outside but also inside. However, I want to know if there's "best time to exercise". Will it be better if done in any other time of the day?

The best exercise is when you feel fired up, nothing beats it. With your rushing adrenaline, your metabolism will go sky rocket, your recovery will increase with your passion. Don't waste it when you have that kind of feeling because that's your best condition to exercise.
In my experience, that kind of feeling is more frequent if you exercise a lot. If you feel lazy and keeps getting worse then it would be a good idea to exercise with discipline, especially before you eat (empty stomach). While it's true that your recovery is accelerated after you take carbs (any food containing glucose), I feel that I can give my muscle full stress under empty stomach condition.
Keep exercise!

hell0 there!
well, i am really not sure when the best time
for exercises is, but I do my exercises every
day once in the morning and once in the evening,
just because in the morning I don't feel tired at all
and I guess that the best time is when we feel relaxed
and have power, and in the evening, just because after that
I can lie down on the bed and take a break!

Before breakfast sounds like a really good time to do your exercising. I completely understand how exercising wakes you up and you feel really good for the rest of the day. However, i'm not a morning person. I usually like to exercise in the later after noon around 4 because i've finished my day work and have the time to exercise. I also wakes me up and i'm able to go do all the work the night.

I think it depends on your schedule. Some people exercise in the mornings and some in the evenings. But as for me, I prefer to exercise in the mornings on an empty stomach. Sometimes I jog around the neighborhood in the mornings before I go to work for at least 15-30 minutes then do stretchings to cool down then I head for the shower then eat my breakfast. Sometimes I just stay on our backyard and do my exercise routine there while waiting for the sunrise. It helps clear my mind. :)

There is no specific time to exercise. The only criteria is that stomach must be empty or half filled. so doing exercise for 20-30 mins in the early morning or evening will prove good results.

some people swear by a 6 a.m. jog to get their hearts racing and get them psyched up for the day.others wouldn't dream of breaking a sweat before noon.but is any one time of the day the best exercise?
The truth is that there's no reliable evidence to suggest that calories are burned more efficiently at certain time of day.but the time of day can influence how you feel when exercising.
The most important thing is to choose a time of day you can stick with,so that exercise becomes a habit.

I've read either in the morning or evening, depending on the person. If it makes you feel more energetic, then keep working out in the morning. Evening exercise is good for those who get tired after working out.
I tend to work out in the late evening due to classes and work. It's the only really good time I have to work out.

From what I understand, the best time to do exercise, is first thing in the morning, before you eat anything.
I was told that when we exercise then, we use the stored calories that are in our body and burn those off, rather then using the new calories we are just processing.
It helps us to wake up as well, as I am sure you can testify, thank you for sharing.
With Appreciation.

I dont know if I heard this right but it says that there's no best time for an exercise. There are people who exercises in the morning some in the afternoon and some in the evening. I dont exactly know when is the best time but I think it doesnt matter at all as long as you will be able to exercise. I exercise too, sometimes in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon or in the evening depending on my availability.

when I was trying to loss weight I exercise 2 times a day. I woke up as early as 5 am, do my exercise before breakfast and I do it again at 6 pm before dinner. It's all up to you when to exercise as long there is eagerness to reach your goal whether it's lossing weight or maintaining energy and strength.

I would say the best time to exercise would be in the morning. I know when I was in basic training it was always when we first woke up before anything else went on during the day. And if I had my choice now that I'm out of the Army, I would say morning. Like for instance, if it is real hot the best time to do anything is of the morning.

Any time is a good time to exercise. If you can get the motivation to do it in the morning then it will definitely be effective. I usually exercise at night, not sure why I do but I know I really don't feel like it in the morning. Exercise at any time and it's a great thing, taking more steps to be active every day like taking the stairs also helps a lot.

Hello
Best time to exercise is during sunrise because early sun rays are good to skin and also health. Try to do exercise in empty stomach and also take some water before your start doing exercise.

You are doing the right thing.Exercises should always be performed on an empty stomach. But I advice you to take a glass of water at least 15 minutes before starting the exercises.
And if you are punctual in your timing it is very effective.
Good - I appreciate that yo are concentrating on your health and performing exercises for 30 minutes in these busy days.
