Here is one tip, do not touch your face, unless you really have to, during the day. This can lead to the prevention/reduction of scne. Wash your face every night before you go to sleep, I'm sure you already wash it in the morning so theres no need for me to tell you that. Also, I heard putting toothpaste on the problem area helps.

Yes! The less you touch your face the better (except when washing it of course). This includes during the night. For example, don't sleep with your hands up near your face.

i have tried almost everything but nothing really works. i used to have good skin but recently its gotten really bad...i dont know why. ive heard that tea tree oil is good for acne. plus aloe vera and vitamin e oil is supposed to be good for scars. i would suggest drinking lots of green tea to get rid of the toxins in your body and water. dont use any products on your face that contain mineral oil. wash morning and night...and be sure to moisturize well.
if it's really bad and won't go away, i would suggest going to see a doctor or dermatologist. i recently went to the doctor because my skin's been going crazy in the past 3 months..its worse now than it has ever been in my whole life. she put me on some medicated gel called eryacne, but ive only been using it for 2 days, so im not sure if it works.
ive heard accutane works, but there are also a lot of complications involved with it, so be sure to look at all possibilities.
acne is usually related to hormone problems..so maybe you can ask your doctor to get some tests done to find out what's wrong.

Regular cleanse, tone and moisturise routine should help a lot. You can also apply tea tree oil on your spots or buy a tea tree oil cream. That's a very good control for spots.

The best advice I can give you is really to see a dermatologist. I kept using all kinds of creams and cleansers but notihng worked, but then I wasn't even sure about my skin type. I recently went to a dermatologist and to my surprise I discovered I had sensitive skin, and what's funny is I kept using harsh scrubs and cleansers thinking that would help. He also gave me a prescription to Retin A Micro. I wouldn't take any pills they usually reccomend for acne, except for birth control pills. But the other pills usually cause liver damage and such, and I don't reccomend you running that risk. Just use a prescriped topical treatment, skin cleansers that fit your skin type.

I believe in natural treatments. I have been to a dermatologist and was given stuff that would bleach out my hair or clothes...and I was putting that on my skin!!! I use Arbonne (http://jeanettesmith.myarbonne.com) but I know that people have had success with other products. Make sure there isn't any mineral oil, petroleum or talc in the products you choose to buy. Diet and exercise are also important. Be sure to drink lots of water, limit your junk food intake and sweat for at least 20 mins a day from exercise.

The best treatment is time... you'll see ;) you can try many expensive things, but the effect is only temporary.
