Do you use VOIP phone ?

I came to know that VOIP is cheap way to call long distance .., but i don't know how is voice quality. Is anyone is using VOIP phone and can tell me how is voice quality.

i using VoIP from http://www.telcodepot.com and voice quality is good

Hubby has a vmage line with an American number and I have a regular house phone with our Canadian number.
