Is Drake the new leader of Hip Hop and R&B??

I recently just saw Drakes show at Vanderbilt University. He was sooooo amazing! Despite him never coming out with an album, everyone at the concert knew EVERY word to his songs. And i mean ALL of them. That is so crazy to me. He his really breaking down some doors and the ladies love him! I think he might be the new leader in Hip hop. How about you?

Hes just a name,Yes the ladies love him and his personality is good. To me,he is just an alright rapper,hes not wack,hes not great,hes just okay. Jay Z is the leader,lil wayne is the come up,to me drake is working his way up the ladder fast gotta give him that,He just can't compare to some of these rappers though!

He is the new leader in hip hop right now. Forget what the haters have to say. Their opinion doesn't count. He is holding down the whole situation while Wayne is behind the wall and when he comes home, they are going to continue the takeover. Drake is talented and people need to stop trying to discredit that. We don't have that many if any rappers that can carry a tune without altering their voice. WE definitely don't have that many rappers that can appeal to women and still go hard. I love Drake and will forever be a fan...

I can't say he's the leader of hip hop or r & b yet. He is one of my favorite artists though and he's a great performer. People know all the words to his songs, and I'm talking about songs that aren't even on an album. Just from his mix tapes and stuff. It's amazing. He still has a long way to go though. Right now he's just really popular, hopefully he can live up to that and continue making good music for a long time.
