so that you sleep soundly, you should not eat the night was too full. so you do not sleep in a state of full stomach. you also have to reduce mental-consuming activities after 20:30 o'clock. you can also hot shower before bed. one more thing you have to do is to drink warm water.

Hey there!
I used to suffer from insomnia and know how irritating, frustrating and tiresome it can get. This is how I learnt to fight it and now I sleep much better.
I exercise and if I don't get time to exercise outside on somedays, then I just do jumping rope at home and tire myself. I also have a warm bath before I go to sleep.
This way I feel exhausted physically and the bath makes me feel clean, calm and relaxed. Then it is much easier to sleep. Also, of you are unable to sleep, lie in your bed and start reading a book. It really does help. Hope these tips help a little. God bless :)

Hi sql_cell!
I am also suffering from insomnia right now i think it is because of my sleepless nights last term due to different programming exercises and projects that our terror professor gave to us. Time was so insufficient to do the programming tasks first because it is a "game" so one section of it was design and polishing. It is very hard because the idea was mixed up to the members of the group. We cannot decide urgently what is the best design and what is the best flow of a specific module. ha ha ! That's why today i find it a hard time to complete my sleep. :(
