I like Qantas and it flies to London from Singapore. I traveled on British Airways from London to Hong Kong. I know those two airlines sometimes have special offers. If you want a very cheap flight it might be worth considering Garuda Indonesian Airlines or Royal Brunei Airlines. Singapore Airlines have reasonable fares. Thai Airlines can be great value. Good luck finding a cheap flight from Asia to Europe.

kielogs,
I am wondering which part of Europe are you flying to and if which other country are you intending to visit other than Europe.
Do you need to arrive and depart from a different European city? I feel that you need to consider this if you are visiting multiple European countries during this particular trip.
If you are interested in flying with Cathay Pacific Airways, then you will know that you are allowed to stopover in Hong Kong on your return leg from Europe before returning back to Manila. (I am guessing that you are from Manila, Philippines) Correct me if I am wrong.
Take care.

kielogs,
You can use KLM and I am sure you are aware that the routing will be something like:
Manila - Amsterdam
Rome - via Amsterdam - Manila
I believe the price on the net is about U$1183 including taxes. Fare may fluctuate if you depart from Paris on the return leg.
If you are on Cathay Pacific's routing:
Manila - via Hong Kong - Amsterdam
Rome - via Hong Kong - Manila
The fare online is approximately U$1103 including taxes.
Now, you may also want to check if an authorized air ticketing agency in your city to check if there is a better and/or promo fare to Europe before you decide to buy your ticket online.
So, you may want to shop around and make some comparisons before deciding.
Take care and have a nice day.
