I was also not active for few months, but my earning were not lost. I had about $8.00 which always remained there, even though I was not active.
I don't think mylot will take away money like that. You should write to administrator and I am sure he will solve your problem. I don't remember if in
Terms and Conditions of mylot, anything was mentioned about taking away earnings of inactive member. I suggest you consult the administrator and see what he has to say.Best of luck.

From the FAQs:
"Our terms of use state that if you don’t login to your account at least once over a 90 day/3 month consecutive period of time your earnings are forfeited. Please remember to login at least once every 90 days. You don’t need to post any new discussions or respond to discussions, you just need to login to your account so that we know your account has not gone idle"

Thanks for that info mysdianait. I'm not sure if I've accumulated the 90 days for not logging in in my account or still less than 90 days reason I still have my earnings. As far as I know, I've been absent here for quite sometime. Now, I know already and would make sure to be here once in a while. =)

'No money because mylot took it all...'
That reminds me of the chicken and the egg
If you logged in they wouldn't have taken it

Ah and to answer your question - I always log in at least every day, sometimes more often

mysDianait gave you the right answer based on the FAQs. Actually I have been away from myLot for about 6 months and thankfully they didn't pull back my earnings. Probably because once in a while I get to visit the site, just to see how things are going although I never really got active.
Recently though, I could say that I got back up on my feet and started remylotting. I am not exactly as active as before when I started but at least I'm doing something.

Whatever it is you're thinking about mysD both amazes me and scares me! Nobody knows what really goes on inside that head of yours.
Anyway, when I was away, I was reviewing for an exam. I passed, by the way.

Oh no it was a great disappointment .But we cannot blame mylot ,because the mistake is from yourside. It is very surprise to here that you have not even logged in for even 90 days .so better leave that and try to be active atleast from now.

Of course. From now on I'll pay more attention to the site. I totally admit it was my fault but you know, I can't help to feel sad about what happened. I "worked" for that money, although it wasn't very much, and that's why I got a little bit disappointed

that was so sad! i don't know that can be forfeited!
well,im kinda newbie here, just joined this month, and thanks for this discussion,at least it will be a lesson for everyone of us here to log in at least every month for us not to be forfeited what we earned.
for now, i'm wondering is it really possible to earn 10 dollars in a month here in mylot? for sure i won't be able to make it cause now i've earned 6 dollars.still have 4 or 5 days to end the month.
tell me,is it possible to earn 1 dollar a day here, and how?
please teach me,maybe i'll be able to get it this month!
hoping so!if not, then maybe first week of next month?hopefully...hehehe!

The sky is the limit here. If you are active and using your time as suggested by myLot in the FAQs, it is possible to reach more than the minimum every month - even without starting a single discussion of your own.

There are only a few days left until the end of this month and I have no idea how much you still need to reach minimum so I cannot answer your question.
What I can confirm though is that once again I have been able to reach it - and without even starting a single discussion. It is definately possible. Resd the FAQs carefully because it is all there

oh,is that so? then i'll be more active if i'm online.
so you are saying that it is possible for me to reach the payout this month if i posts more quality and lengthy responses?
that's great to know!but as of now,i'll read more on the FAQ's.there were other things that i really don't know.thanks mysdianait!

Before I started getting serious in building my earnings here on Mylot, yes I did lose my initial earnings. I was not able to log in for a few months because that was the time my mom was diagnosed with cancer, so I had a lot of things on my hands and could not devote time making responses and discussions.

Well I was away for almost two years still my balance was the same. The reason is obvious: I was away for two years not just some months. So they couldn't do that to me. Tell me why...?
I hope you get the answer soon. Now, I'm sorry for your loss. Though I thought at first that you lost some money due to mylot, by donating etc. And your question, I answered already. I did commit this 'mistake' but...

This is the first time I heard of that kind of dilemma. Well this is a good lesson to learn. If you can really help it then then don't go inactive for such a long time in order not to lose your valuable earnings. I mean, if you can't really post, then just log in and visit the page. I think that will make you not totally inactive.

I'm sorry about what happen to your earnings and it just disappear in a thin air. I know how it feels because you work hard posting and replying to topics here. But the agreement says after three months of no activity all the earnings will be forfeited. has it been three months since you last log in?
If you still have any question you can write to the customer support I'm sure they will help you. I have not also active here for sometimes but I keep on logging in from time to time. I don't like to lose my earnings so i am active now.

im aware that once i didnt online for many months all my balance will zero out. thats why if im busy and if i know i cant give much time here in mylot i see to it to go online and manage to leave a single comments here once in a month just to stay active here and keep my balance. though im sad coz ive been busy blogging and i didnt get a dollar from them for a month now and i still did not reached payout, so maybe u will not reach payout this month, too bad really.

Yesterday was my first time in 2 months that I hadn't logged in. But my cash was still there because I remembered what was written in the guidelines. I didn't want to go past that 2 month mark because after that point you never know exactly where the 90 days is. So I figure at the least try to log in at the 2 month mark. Of course once I got back here then I wanted to reply and post and I havent stopped for much either. Its addictive.

Oh I'm sorry to hear that, especially since making money on here takes quite some time. But thank you for the info though, even though my earnings is not a lot right now, but at least I know for the future not to put my account on hold. Seriously I feel like I've spent so much of my time on here but I don't really see the cents rolling in.

No, I have never had that happen because I am active and I participate in discussions almost everyday. I am sorry that it happened to you, but you can't blame mylot, as that is in their TOS, and we all have to abide by them. You can't really expect them to let you keep it, as they would have no way of knowing if you would be coming back or not. You just have to make sure to log in and that won't happen again. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.
