Hyped up about all the things that have been going around the net about Acai craze of loosing weight, I decided to give it a try. Used it for about 3 weeks and although my results were not as large of a loss as they were touting all over the net, there were results. Now I did not purchase the ones they are selling over the net but did find some at the local Grocery store.
Also keep in mind that I did not change any of my eating habits, nor was exercise done during this time frame. Nothing changed other than taking the acai pills. Did not weigh myself before or after because for many years I have known muscle weighs more than fat. My measurement was by the loss by pant size. But I do have to admit is was a success.
I did lose enough weight to make a difference of a size and half. The next test is try it again this time making a few changes such as including an exercise plan and slightly changing my eating habits to include 3 meals and 3 snacks a day. Bringing a report again when after 30 days. Lets see what the results of adding to it does.
So overall I would have to say that it was a success. I would like to hear your story and how if any success you had with this as well. This is a way that we all can share information while trying to improve our bodies.
