Who has been the biggest disappointment in the EPL this season??

For me the biggest dissapointment has been Dimitar Berbatov. Spurs fans warned me he could appear lazy, but I was prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt. However, when he has been called upon to deliver he has been found wanting. He can be a brilliant player,I have no doubt, but he's not consistant enough, certainly not for the money Manchester United payed for him. Does anyone else agree,or have their own oppinion?

I agree Berbatov has been very poor this season. The odd flash of brilliance cannot justify the money or position. I think this does happen quite often with teams like United and Chelsea though. They pick up a player who has done well for his previous team and they fail to have anywhere near the same impact. Although they are playing against the same opposition/league its rather like they used to be a big fish in a small pond (the big star) and yet now they are in a team full of stars they dont shine as bright. An example would be Alan Smith. He was a decent enough player (38 goals in 178apps) for Leeds, but decidedly poor for united and has rather faded out even at Newcastle in the Championship. Sidwell went from Reading to Chelsea, before moving on to Villa.
