exercise is not enough to make our body in good circulation, being stress? it contributes to drain ur body nutrients.so i should sudgest to drink Multivitamins and some energy drink with lactose content to regenerate ur blood circulation & keep healthy..and active

Waking up late in the morning is not good also. It may not be called oversleeping but the rays of the sun or the heat that our body experiences during 9am and so forth can give us headaches. I guess You've tried having headaches already when you overslept or woke up late

Sleeplessness is very bad for health - I say it can affect your health more severely than smoking. A week with no sleep is enough to kill a person. The body organs need some rest and if you deny it, it will malfunction.

That is very bad for the health. Without sleep you can't concentrate correctly, plus without enough sleep you won't be able to think and remember. So I advise you to get off the computer at nighttime and if you can't fall asleep read a book.

sleepless or not having enough sleep is dangerous to our bloob system regulation this is the cancer that killed my mother ,because of lack sleep can drain all the needed proper circulatory in oyr blood nerves to response,so it will create cuagulates clogs in ur nerves, that in some situation result to lukemya or having no enough red blood cells in your bod.so wen the white blood cell become more dominant.dats the time ull notice of some red dots or spot to your skin dats the beginning or sign dat ull abouth to die.like wat happen to my mother.

Lack of sleep is really bad for the health. It makes your body age faster. It also slows down the metabolism. I'm getting fatter because I haven't been getting enough sleep. Here in the Philippines, obesity is becoming a big problem for many call center workers because of the graveyard shifts. If you want to become healthy, try to get at least 8 hours of sleep every day.

Hi white stich: What I can say is that I havethe same problem you have. In my case that's because of my job, my internet addiction but also because i'm working right now on my final work of my university to be graduated very soon, so that's very stressful. I know that I'm not sleeping well and that makes me feel tired in the morning, tired and weak so I think that it's bad for your health. Sleep, it feels like heaven! it's a pleasure but I know that we sometimes can't sleep 8 hours- that's the time I've always heard it's the recommended. Thanks for asking me this question.

definitely it's bad for you. you should make sure you get a good rest. whatever you are addicted to, set aside some time for the other necessary activities like rest/sleep, food, stretching your body out/exercises, etc. lack of sleep and rest will take its toll on your body. even i don't sleep much but i make sure that i get a good night's rest. i don't take nap during daytime at all so i make sure when i sleep at night i take a good rest and sleep.

Anything that make us addicted is bad, so try to control your time as wise as you can. Sleep at night is the most important than other rest, the time for detox process where poisons in your body will eliminate. Loves your healthy my friend.

Pain or some sort of physical ailment can often cause sleepless nights.Back pain is a common culprit. An aching back can keep the most determined sleep warrior wide awake.Arthritis pain can also make for a miserable night, even if you thought you were used to the pain.Other physical ailments that can make you too uncomfortable to sleep include heartburn and acid reflux.

In fact it is detrimental to our body not getting enough sleep. Our brains and organs will be forced to work when they much needed rest. I have read if drivers are not having sleep when driving, they might just fall asleep on the driving wheel suddenly when the brain suddenly "shuts down". Also it was found that not having enough sleep is a possible cause of depression. And overall it accelerates aging. Therefore lack of sleep is definitely bad for health.

Having not enough sleep can ruin your health because to be able to function well, we have to had 8 hours of sleep. It can affect our daily functions and of course our brain function as well. You could also see the effects of it in your skin. People who doesn't have enough sleep are more older than there age. I make it a point that i had enough sleep because it is difficult for me to work if I dont have enough sleep.

I have heard in the news that sleeping more than 8 hours in one day can increase your chances of having a stroke in the future. I think sleeping lesser than 8 hours can't harm you, as long as you are well rested after your nap or sleep.
Well, I'm no doctor to tell you this. You should undergo a therapy for sleep disorder so that you can sleep well. I think you need to undergo rehabilitation because you are certainly addicted to computer.
Have a nice day. Thanks for sharing. Happy mylotting.

they say one needs 7-8 hrs of sleep but i think it really depends on the person. some are fine with just 5-6 hrs of sleep. the inportant thing is you should sleep. listen to your body. if you are feeling tired then your body is telling you that it needs something. try to set aside a definite amount of time for the internet. also it might help for you to start relaxing close to bedtime; turn off the computer and just allow your mind and body to unwind.
