I am a Christian but let me explain through an example in Hinduism. Lord Krisha told Arjuna in Gita that whenever men are not able to abide by their dharma he is born. Obviously when there is none to lead men to help them live according to their dharma he comes to lead himself. I therefore conclude that God sends leaders first. Therefore all leaders are appointed by God.

God has given us a free will. We make use of our free will and elect these leaders. God does not appoint them but we appoint them. Therefore, we get leaders according to what we deserve. If we deserve best we will get best leaders. If we deserve worst then we get worst leaders. When God finds that you have not made the right use of your free will then he appoints leaders to guide us. When there are none to lead us then he comes himself to lead us.

There you go. Our christian teachers are supposed to be teaching by example not with just words. All they can do is tell us, they can't actually show us anything. This is not what God had in mind for mankind when he allowed Jesus to die on the cross. If parents would step up and do their jobs ring in the homes with our kids there would be no need for self appointed Christian leaders. This world will never be any better until that is the way we are doing things. In our homes, not down the street in some building some bank holds a note on.
We live in a "Monkey see, Monkey do" world. What our kids see us do in our homes is what they will do some day in their own homes. The personal teaching through the Anointing must be there and working or the whole system doesn't work. Read 1st John chapter 2 verse 27. It simply says once we have received the Anointing we no longer need man to teach us anything. This is the key to the whole thing and man is not teaching the real truth concerning the Anointing. If he does it makes him look like less than he should be and he isn't going to do that.

yeah, It is God our creator who appointed the minister in the Church of Christ to preach the world of God. Further, It was God who appointed them to feed the Church of Christ. The doctrine of the bible is the most important thing in our lives in order to gain salvation in the coming judgment.

Leaders are called of God. Leaders need to have the authority from God to be able to teach people. This kind of authority comes from God that has been passed on from one worthy male to another. Its a certain kind of power coming from God that makes a leader credible of teaching and preaching. This authority cant be acquired through education. Its an authority given to worthy men whether they are educated or not. It is called the priesthood which is something huge as a responsibility.

Not ALL religions have "God" appointed leaders.
Especially ones that don't HAVE a "God".
ANY and every leader is "appointed" by a "God" for those that believe in something like that. How can it be otherwise ? This "God" is responsible for EVERYTHING that happens so as such has "decided" who the leaders will be. Right ?
