dear uniqueorn,
i dont have a problem with eye bags but i guess i should learn to solve it when it happens to me. guess i only get eye bags when i cry when depressed. just kidding.
following these steps helps keep the eye bags at its minimum if not eliminated totally: "1. upon waking, gently washing your face with cold water, leaving the cold wet washcloth on your bags under eyes for several minutes, the colder the better! not only will this rejuvenate you, it will help tighten the loose vessels which are causing the bags under eyes and reduce the puffiness; 2. dry skin gently, any tugging on the delicate skin around eyes can worsen the bags under eyes. after you have patted the bags under eyes dry, apply Preparation H or generic equivalent to the skin under eyes. Hemmroid salve will help constrict the vessels and reduce the inflammation which has led to bags under eyes. this is actually a fairly quick process, but you will want to leave the salve on for at least a half hour, so do this as soon as you wake; and 3. when you are ready to apply make up, gently wash the salve off the skin around your eyes. Use a mild soap and a gentle hand while doing this step to avoid further irritation and eye puffiness. Pat the skin dry again and you are ready to go! If you have a cold or allergies which are causing regular bags under eyes, you may want to apply the salve before bed at night. source: http://www.ehow.com/how_4698409_reduce-bags-under-eyes.html

I know this is late but try ice packs and /or cucumber slices that have been refrigerated. Works for me.

Hello Uniqueorn!!
what work are you doing? Just curious... We'll me I have heavy eyebags because I work at night and do my online stuff during the day. I usually have limited hours of sleep because I need to earn money. Removing eyebagS? don't usually do anything about it. I know some things though, you can use cucumber slice it then put it in your eyes as mask.

I don't really know, but I think that at least those cumcumber slices help
I myself have this problem too, due to being up at nights playing my video games. I know that it's wrong, but I just can't stop myself
I am going to try some of the tips that have been given, and just hope that they will help, because I am still young and want to be one for long
