Hi, amelly. I like to eat spicy food. It is very yummy. I don't like to eat it too much though. I love to have a zesty taco every now and then. I am glad to know that eating spicy foods can have its benefits.

I am so much into spicy foods. It gives me the appetite to eat more without getting sick of it. It maybe a dish or a dressing, anything as long as it's spicy. Native foods such as laing, chicken curry, ginataang cabbage etc. But on the other hand the problem that I am having is that I get really constipated but good thing is that I don't get hemorrhoids.

ya..that;s the point.it's ok to eat spicy food than sweet or salty food because it's good for the body and it will not be harmful like excess sugar or salt..

I personally dont eat often, maybe only once a day. i think spicy food is alright, but it depends on what it is. I like spicy salsa on nochas are good :) I have to disagree with the whole its good for your brain, because it only makes you alert while your eating it, not really alert after the spiciness goes away lol

Here our food mainly has the light flavor. But in my city, people enjoy eating. And therefore there are many different food available, including the spicy food. I like spicy food although I can't eat it all the time. As it may cause my throat painful. I love China

I like spicy food now, though I cannot bear food too spicy. Sometimes lunch in company tastes bad, we always mix Chili sause into rice only. Spicy food can stimulate the appetite indeed. In China, Sichuan and Hunan dishes are famous as they're spiciest. And now spicy food is so popular all of China, and more and more people like it. But when I have spicy food, I always drink a lot of water to ease spicy flavor.

Hiii there Yes you are right .This kind of food make brain alert.but too much spicy food eating daily can start trouble of acidity. So i prefer very mild and simple food daily and spicy food one in a while. I love that taste though. Its a good change to eat something really spicy on sunday evening.I love spicy chinese and indian food. Its yummy.

Hi amelly, I love spicy food especially "masak lemak cili padi" even though I am not from Negeri Sembilan. It is so delicious and I can add another plate of rice if it it served there. I think Malaysian is a custom to spicy food and there is no 'ummmmp' is it is not spicy especially for Malay and Indian. Indian is famous for their curry as Malay for their "sambal".

i love spicy food very much. in fact, i don't get much appetite if the food isn't spicy. i used to like sweets and all when i was a kid but now i don't like them anymore. the hottest chilies are found in our part of the world,i.e, northeast india. our chilies are in fact the world record holder for being the hottest. even the smell of it is a great appetizer! so, it won't come as a surprise that i and most people around here like spicy food.

ya..i can take it if i have to eat spicy food all day even the whole week.but i can only take sweet dish once a day.i can't stand too many sugars although others say i only consume sugar in a small amount.i think it is better that way because my dad got diebetic and we siblings need to beware of the sugar..i do agree, the smell of the spicy food is really seductive

I like spicy food. I am an indian and all indians use a lot of spices in food. We make everything from vegetables to meat with spices. I like spiced up chicken curry that my mother makes with pepper. I eat it with chapathi. It's good to hear that spicy food is good for brain. But it's too hot these days and spicy food increases the heat that is the only problem

Spicy food is enjoyed the world over and i too enjoy it.But i dont't like overspicy food because it burns the tongue. In some countries like indonesia, spicy food are served even to the newborns.Studies have suggested that spices have some benefits especially for the brain.People who eat a lot of spicy food are at a decreased risk of developing degenerative brain and nervous system, and these foods may also help with depressions and migranes.Eating spicy foods increases the metabolism, encouraging the people to consume food more quickly leading some researchers to suggest that spicy foods help with weight loss.

it does burn our tongue and to amke it worse, you taste it while it is boiling hot.then you will feel like you want to faint or simply choked.i done that few times and believe me,it hurts like hell.but spicy food is adiictive.it is addictive in a good way because it would not make u fatter if you keep eating it but you might have constipation..hehe

I like spicy foods, but I have a feeling what I think is spicy is not what people from other countries think is spicy. After all, I'm an American. And I have heard several times from people who are not originally from here, how the food here is not really spicy, that it isn't authentic. I'm curious to see how I would handle food from Spain, India, Moracco, or wherever. I would hope I could take the heat!

I love spicy food. When we go for Chinese food, there is a 99.9 percent chance that I am going to order a spicy dish from the menu. When I have chili, it might already be spicy, but I usually add Tobasco Sauce to it. Now for it making you more alert and a better thinker, I never heard that, but I will not argue with you either.

I also like spicy food but I would always go for the kind of spiciness that we have here in our country. Some countries have spicy food that really spicy that sometimes I think I would blow fire after I eat it. In Korea and in Thailand, there are also so many different kinds of spicy food. I like spicy but not too spicy.

I like spicy food, but not all the time because it could upset my stomach also. Yet, every time I eat spicy food, I could really eat a lot because it could trigger also my appetite, but of course I drink a lot of liquids, as you know how it taste like. I eat spicy food at least once or twice in a month, just for the taste and challenge, lol. happy mylotting!
