Planting flowers

Has anyone done any planting this year? Are you starting a garden or planting lots of flowers? I am doing both this year. My garden plants are growing fast. My whole back yard is going to have flowers and flower beds everywhere. I am trying to do a lot of work to my yard to make it look nice.

, I have switched from planting flowers to vegetables in my backyard. I used to plant a lot of flowers before and thought time to diversify into something more worthwhile. I still love flowers though but would like to have some homegrown vegetables.

I understand that. I love gardens with fresh vegetables. My grandmother I swear she had the biggest garden I have ever seen in my life. Her and my grandfather did the garden on there own with know equipment but shovels and hoes. There garden was half the size of a football field. Then I asked my grandmother to teach me what she does. And she taught me a lot before she passed away. I love making her blackberry jelly it is so good. But I run both a garden and planting flower gardens. It keeps me very busy.
