korean culture ivasion

Well for me for as long as they do not invade our country fine with me. I think it is part of our culture to blend well with other cultures. I think it is ingrained in our culture to beldn well with other foreing culture. Maybe that is because we were able to blend in with Spain for 300 years and then the Americans then at one time we became fond with Japan then now Korean. I think it's part of evolving culture we have and the adaptability of us Pinoys with other culture. I do not think that it would pose negatively on us for as long as we still try to Filipinize it later in time. We are not totally invaded by them because we Pinoy would integrate that and make it somehow Pinoy like later on.

Im worried with our culture. to tell you honestly, Philippine has already lost its culture. One proof is that Filipinos nowadays, were more proud speaking English than speaking our own language. Now, all over us, are from foreign lands. How could a Filipino heart like these things?

It is also good and bad effects on us. We should also appreciate our culture and don't imitate what we see in other nationalities like Korean. We have our own identity so we need to be proud of it.

Not really, but I don't dislike it either. I don't see anything wrong with it. As if we are new to the concept of colonial mentality...

I think there is nothing wrong to love their songs,FASHIONS (CULTURE).Its because they are in today, who knows maybe someday Filipino culture makes name in Korea.

I'm getting used to this. It happened in the past when F4 is so hot, now the korean music greatly influenced many Filipino. Its ok as long as we remain Filipino and still eating biko and palitaw.

As long as it's not like they're going to forcibly take away our heritage. Hehehe! Seriously, I'm okay with them being here or Filipinos learning about them and their culture. It's kind of nice to learn about other people's cultures. What's important is that we Filipinos don't forget ours, our history and our heritage.

When it comes to telivision invasion, I think the Koreans were left behind. Before them, we are already invaded by other countries like Mexico (Marimar), Taiwan (F4), Japan (Ghost Fighter & Voltes V) and many more. I think its just a "fad" we Pinoys doesn't care what we see on TV. As long as we all can interact with it, we intend to love the it. After Korean soap operas and all, whats next? Vietnam? or Indian or Saudi Arabia? Possible!!!

if I think of its negative effect into our country surely I won't like it, but I cannot avoid watching there movies and I appreciate there songs. I also have Korean classmates that are good students thats why its ok. as long as they know how to respect our culture and laws.

IT's okay as long as they don't take over our rights to our country. ehe. Like Japanese did during World War II.

I only like some of their song and tv show/drama. Their clothes are cute too but ofcourse we cannot wear it here.

This is too bad . They are interfering in everything . How can we save ourselves ?
