Now that the Suns won a blowout in Phoenix. Can they close it out in Portland already or will they take it to game 7.

as much as i love the trail blazers, they are my pick in the west to make a big splash in the play-offs before that injury to brandon roy, the trail blazers know in their hearts that they are in for a tough ride without their leader in the court. roy playing in game four (or was in game 3?) was really a heroic effort on roy's part. however, it puts the team's long term chances in the future. trail blazers has been a gritty bunch. first they loss their centers, oden and pryz, and before the play-offs they lose roy. i don't think the team had a complete line-up all through-out the season. the pick up of camby has been good for the team no doubt but camby is no spring chicken. imagine how hard it would be for stoudemaire and the other phoenix players to drive into the paint with oden, pryz, aldrige, and camby clogging up the lane. it would have been a different ball game.
going back to the discussion, i think phoenix tries to wrap this one up. they can use the extra rest as they prepare for the next series. if it goes to game seven, both teams have the same chance at winning it. you can throw all the numbers and stats out of the window. phoenix is a veteran-laden team with nash, hill, amare, and j-rich leading the charge. they know that they have to take care of business in the road and they knwo that they can do it. the key here is for them to start fast and establish their running game early on. also, it would help if frye and dudley keep their hot shootign streak from 3-point range. that was the deal breaker in game five in my opinion.

I guess that this series would end in game 7 where the Sun emerge as the winner. Trial Blazers are good in their homecourt and with the return of Brandon Roy and not a good night in game 5,I think that Brandon Roy and company will bounce back fomr the game 5 loss. This could be a fierce battle in game 6.

Hopefully, the Suns can take out the Blazers in the next game. Go Steve Nash. He deserves to win a championship.

Portland's a beast at the Rose Garden and they're going to slow down the tempo to throttle the Suns' attack. Expect Game 7 back in Phoenix.
