Preference for noodles

From spaghetti to linguini to fetucinni. to penne What do you prefer? Is it more of the flavor? the texture?

Well, it depends on the sauce. There are types of sauces that need thinner or thicker pasta. I'd like to have the flavor of the sauce really come out so I usually go for angel hair.

I like pasta and I do like to cook spaghetti and carbonara. So the two main pasta I always prefer to use are for spaghetti and fetuccini. I don't have a problem with the texture as long as both those pasta I am buying were not brittle and not smelling like the plastic grocery pack because this will really destroy the taste.
I don't have a problem too if it was a spinach fetuccini or the original fetuccini. About the spaghetti, i just use the regular ones, i don't mind the spiral if it was requested by my hubby.

Depends on the sauce. I prefer spaghetti if it were eaten with tomato sauce. Fettucine is really good with just olive oil and herb sauce, as well as carbonara sauce. Penne is nice if you mix it with potato salad. Macaroni has a nice chewy texture and of course it's good to be eaten with cheddar and mozarella sauce.
