WHat food do you like to eat most that you could say its a very healthy food ?

I consider eating banana a day as my best part of the meal. Its reach in potassium and is high of fiber so you won`t have to eat too much rice during meals because your full already when eating it. How about you guys?

hell0! I love banana too, but prefer the kiwi because it contains more vitamins and it is much more healthy than banana :) so that's why 1-2 kiwis a day( about 100-150 gr) is really good and healthy, but we must not eat too much because it can cause allergy!

I prefer strawberries and other berries at all. Try a walk in the woods with a group of friends and harvest a basket of blackberries, and eat them (wash them first), or blueberries or raspberries or cherries. Even if you buy them at the supermarket are also very good. You will make a pie or a cake or an ice-cream, invite your friends, they will love. Try a cheese cake with straberries and a pomegranate juice. What a delight! They have properties anti-aging, anti-inflammatory and antioxidants. I know banana is a good fruit but ask a lot of people and you will see the answers, people did not like to disagree.

Eating variety of fruits and vegetables makes me feel like I have eaten something very healthy. I am not fond of eating vegetable very often but I always try to like it and I do try my best to have vegetables in my diet at least once or twice in a week. With regards to fruits, I do eat different kinds of fruit everyday. Like you, I do find banana as the healthiest but cheap fruit nowadays.

Salad and tuna or tinned mackerel are my favorite healthy eats. I love things on my salad like apple, raw carrots, lettuce, cucumber, sweetcorn and lettuce. Beetroot is another favorite, but I don't have it that often.

I really like a cereal made by my local supermarket call Bran Start. It sounds boring because it consists of mainly bran flakes but with a couple of tablespoons of dried fruit it is delicious and it has made a huge difference to my lifestyle, if you know what I mean… (LOL). I recommend it...Life changing...

well the main thing i consider healthy and also my doctor consider it healthy which i do it drink a lot of water. and also i specially like fruits whenever they are available so. there are the eating habits i consider to be healthy cause i work 7 days a week and according to me i am in a very good health and also tests shows that also.

Oatmeal with blueberries and walnuts is my favorite healthy meal. Rich in fiber, good for arteries, and sucks up bad cholesterol. If I have it for breakfast I still feel full at least an hour after lunch. I like salad too but i always get tempted to put a lot of greasy dressing on it which is not healthy.

Green salad with tuna is my favorite and I can't say it is so healthy, but it is not harmful too. One green salad for lunch and then I feel great till dinner comes. It is light food, not eating steaks at lunchtime and then I feel I have eated too much and cannot eat again...
