i think that swimming is the best form o fexercise as it exercises all your muscles at the same time.this is great as well as extremely refreshing.better than any other exercise by a long shot.do you swim?

oh yes the fear of sharks.to be truthful, ever since i saw jaws i do not like to swim in open water much either becasue of that same fear.but occasionally i do swim in the sea.yeah i know the fear that we may be attacked by a shark.but sharks in general do not attack man ,we are not a part of their regular diet[thnk god].but the great white does attack humans sometimes.anyway to minimise the threat to me,wheneven i swim in the sea i always swim near the shore, during day and always keep an eye open for any fins cutting water.also the chances of getting attacked by a shark are slimmer than one getting hit by a lightning!
but one can always swim in rivers, waterfalls, secluded pools etc!

No I don't know how to swim. I wish I could. No one ever had patience on me teaching. I end up sinking all the time whenever I try to swim. It is a good exercise I know because your whole body is moving. Thanks for the links. You always have an informative discussion. I wonder where do you get all these links and ideas you have for the topics you posted in here all the time.

Yes. I love swimming so much that I allow my neighbor to flirt with my husband just so she will let us use her pool. That's how much I love to swim.
Sorry I can't share a picture.
