Things are getting tough when people apply credit loans to purchase real estate in my country.I am sure this will affect the market price and cause panic in the short term.Anyway,the prices had been rosen for too long. In my opinion,people with poor credit record or low income should not be entitled to get bank loans,whereas in my country,bank loans is taken as a measure to support low income family to buy houses.What a government...
