Injuries

I just wanted to ask, how many people have fallen flat of their back, couldn't get up and no one at home to help you. I fell on 2-17-10 and compressed 4 discs, and I really haven't gotten over the hurt yet. If you have fallen, what did you do for this problem.

The closest thing I can remeber in this line, Ruby, is when I was a little girl and trying to do the monkey bards. I don't know how it happened; but, I slipped .. missed one of the bards and fell flat on my back..I had the wind knocked out of me. I remember temporarily blacking out.
