buying referrals for your ptc site

hello people, i came across two sites that offer to buy direct referrals for
your ptc site such as neobux, here are the sites:

these sites say that they can give you direct referrals for a certain amount of money.
my questions are, are these sites for real? do they actually work or are they a scam?
and if it works does it pay off or even legit?
please tell me if one of you tried one of these sites.

The first link seems legit, the second one is something I'd avoid based on what I've read at another site. That Getdirectrerrals site has a good rating from Web of Trust. Enough people who use that service know about it, and it apparently works.
I wouldn't pay for a referral, but I guess that's an option if you are desperate.

I have been earning online for 10 years....I have never bought referrals or rented them...And I never would. There are many ways to get referrals without having to pay money out of your own pocket.
