Hi there,
it might be a weird question to ask here,
but I thought well... why not^^
I have some muscles, you know, bit more than a random guy.
But I would still want some more. I usually train at home with some dumbbells,
but they can't make my whole body muscled.
Is there any kind of training that you guys know that aids quite some for extra muscles (at home!). In september I'll probably join a gym, but I'd want to do some things in the meanwhile as well.
Also I'm not so heavy in body, which in mean in fat-opacity. But I don't really know if I need extra kinds of food that would make it easier to have easier muscle building?
Well, I hope you guys know what I mean.
Have a nice day in the meanwhile.

Ok I was in the Army for 10 years the best way to build muscles is to exercise and eat alot of pasta an banana's they have the potassium that your muscles need to grow. I went in the service weighing around 118 and came out of basic weighing 135 but all muscle. Sit-ups, push-ups and even pull-ups help to build a muscular frame. You can see a big difference in 6 weeks. Remember to drink plenty of water. Good luck.

make sure u have a healthy diet, eat about 6 to 8 meals every day, have a workout routine work out mondays through thursdays and work out hard. for ur first week do heavy weight low reps and the next week do light weight high reps.. that way u will be building strong lean muscle alot faster. u should also do about 20 minutes of cardio about 5 days of every week. also, get enough protien amono acids and vitamins every day. i know ALOT about body building so if u have any questions then just let me know.. i have been body building for like 5 years now so yeah..

You should go on the "taste the rainbow" diet. You'll get really tight toned muscle. Just eat skittles everyday. Has to be those florecent colored ones. And then squat about 20 times, 5 reps a day. Go down slowly, and push out your butt cavity like you were farting, hold it, and go up rapidly, and release. Keep doing this over and over. It helps to sing any song by elton john.

ya. the point is don't bother with all the advice you will get. its b.s. There's no special food, no special exercises to do. Just keep doing what you're doing. Just think about this... what muscles are you trying to work? what movement must you do to work those muscles? Don't just lift some weights, you need to think about how your body works. And don't drink alot of water, and blah blah blah. Unless you're going for the giant gorilla look. Giant gorillas are actually mostly fat, and water, they just want people to think its all muscle.
