Something's Missing

About 6 weeks ago, I got a roommate. He's a writer, photographer, photojournalist, editor, etc. Recently, one of his clients asked for photography/writing for a website that they would be putting up. My roommate asked me if I'd help with the videography for the website. We recently finished a draft of the videos and it's posted on YouTube at:
http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=The+Gallup+Community+Pantry&aq=f
The order of the videos is: Prologue, Physical Plant, Programs, Everyday, People and Credits.
I showed the videos to a friend of mine and she said that something was missing...like what are we suppose to do with this information? I agree with her. Should we have another video that tells people that the Gallup Community Pantry needs food and money donations? Or can that be assumed with what's provided? I'd be interested in your impressions/thoughts/ideas to make this information more useful. (My friend also said she couldn't read the writing. Can you?)
Please remember this is a draft. My roommate is back in Gallup, as I write, and is taking more photographs for the Programs and People videos.
I look forward to your thoughts.

I thought they looked pretty good. yes, I can read the writing. And yes, a video saying they need donations would be good too.

Thank you for looking. We talked about it today when my roommate came home. Apparently, we all agree, but they think they (the Pantry personnel) may do it on the web page. I think they should do it on the web page and the video. Thanks again, Dawn.
