how is viewbestads site?

Hi, I recently came across a site called viewbestads which is a PTC from India. I joined the site and saw some progress there. But after few weeks my earnings were just fluctuating. I really don't know if I need to continue. Anybody has experience with viewbestads?? Have they made payments?
