Yes, of course. It snowed here last week in Ontario. Like they say, just wait 5 minutes and it will change.
I've seen it snow in June, although of course it didn't stay.

I wouldn't leave Canada either. I certainly would not live in the US. No way! I like my liberties here. My husband was complaining yesterday, because it was very windy and a cold wind, too, that just drives right through you, ya know? He said he wanted to move somewhere warmer, he hates the cold. But he doesn't want it to get too hot. I think that the changes just make us more appreciative of the nice weather. I think it would be boring to have the temps and weather be the same all the time. We would just find something else to complain about.

Im right there with you. Same temps all the time would be downright boring and you're right .....nothing to complain about....but knowing us Canadians, we'd sure find something else hahaha!!
Thanks!!

Wow! The weather pattern is changing for sure. Mother Nature seems to strike back way too often these days. Guess it serves us all (humans)right for being mean to Mother nature for too long, huh?
Where I live the heat is going from bad to worse. The humidity is sky-rocketing too! Ughhh..
So I wish I could roll around in that snow you guys got.. Happy myLotting!

I was expecting someone to say this, "I wish I could have your snow" well id love to share it with you if I could hehe!!
I think Mother Nature is going through her usual cycles. Its happened before and it'll happen again.
Im listening to the news now and they its going to be HOT this weekend, so as GG said, it'll be great for moisture for our trees and flowers and gardens.
Hope you'll find a cool spot in your hot nick of the world.
Thanks!!

Its sunny and warm. The snow didnt last more than 24 hrs. But I know that in other parts of Canada like in Calgary, Alberta.....boy, they must have been bad lol, its winter all over again and doesnt seem to want to stop snowing!!
I have cut lilacs in my house now, so as far as Im concerned, its spring going on summer here.
It was also humid here yesterday but then we still have cool nights.....which is good.
Lets hope we'll all have sunshine for the next 6 months LOL.
Thanks!

Two years in a row we had snow in April or nearly May, like this year. I think I am lucky we do not this year, but instead are on track for abundance from the fruit trees and such. I am several hundred, probably thousand miles south of you, but I know how disconcerting it is, when you think Spring has arrived and then to end up with cold or snow. I hope that it melts into plenty of nourishing moisture for your soil.

I remember when I was a kid, we had snow in May on my birthday and we couldnt have my party outdoors as planned. Oh I know it'll all be melted come tomorrow as they say it'll get warm tomorrow or Thursday!!
I know some people who had started planting their gardens already. Hope it wont mess it all up.
The grass was already very long here, hubby was going to cut it today but obviously he cant now. I sent hubby to cut my tulips, now I can have the pleasure of looking at them on my counter and all over the house.
Thanks!!

good greif! and i thought our weather has been weird. usually by this time here in USA, az, its triple digit hot. but lately this year, its weird. some days get up to 89 degrees, but then the next day will be chilly, like 56 degrees. its scarey wondering what could be happening these days.

Well we're out now doing some stuff in the backyard. Pruning trees, cleaning the pool, cutting the grass.....I said "we" but its hubby's job LOL. I take care of the indoors!!
We had one hell of a thunderstorm this morning and they forecast another one tomorrow. Oh well, when its not one thing, its another.
Sure hope you get some rain soon......but NO too much...nothing like in Tn!!

Snow! Where on Earth are you MagicalBubbles?
The weather here has finally taken a turn for the better. We have had a terrible winter with flash floods and some of the smaller roads around us have been washed away.
We have lived here for seven years and one of the old dry river beds has even started running again.

Im in Canada, close to Montreal in the Province of Quebec, not that far up North. We usually have the same weather as in Vermont. We barely had snow all winter. Its a freak snowstorm as its been warm for a while and everybody has their pools started and ready to go swimming.....ours also but now theres this white blanket over everything haha!!
So sorry you had flash floods all winter and lost your roads. I head of lots of twisters in the South on the weekends. I the earth is going through one of those cycles again. All we can do is brace ourselves and ride it out.
Stay safe, thanks for replying!

In terms of weather conditions at this time of the year I suppose anything is possible now! The climate is changing dramatically and we are experiencing hot weather, cold weather, snow, sun and a lot of other conditions in between! I guess this global warming thing is getting quite serious now! Living in London, today is suppose to be the warmest day of the year so far so I'm really going to make good use of it. I will be out there cycling and taking in the sun! The funny thing is, we are still in April or almost at the end now. Summer in theory shouldn't be here until mid May early June! I have even started seeing bumble bees for the first time this year, highly unusual! Something is really going on in terms of the changing weather patterns and I gaze upon it all with child like curiosity! Andrew

It was summer-like here too for a couple weeks. There was even a couple days at the beginning of April where some people went for a swim . The flowers are blooming, my trees are full of leaves, our pool is ready to go swimming and I even had to put on the a/c a few days already. So yes like you, it was summer here and a very early one. Today, the snow is gone, its warm and sunny as if nothing happened yesterday.
There are changes but some say its nothing new, that it all happened before, a very long time ago. All we can do is enjoy it when the weather is nice and complain about it when its not!!
Thanks Andrew!

I can't say I'm not all to suprised. It doesn't seem like it, but the winter was strange for everyone. Places that usually don't ever see snow saw snow. For example, where I live in florida almost never gets snow, but back in Janaury we got two hours worth of it. Most the state has seen in years, or ever really. So I can't say I'm not suprised. The weather will figure itself out.

Yes I know places that never have snow did have it this winter. I heard about you having snow in Florida. Would you believe that somewhere here in the Province of Quebec, in Sept-Iles which is North-East of Montreal, they had the same temperature as you people down in Florida. It has never been seen to be so warm there during the winter. I think we sent all the snow we should have been getting to a lot of places where they werent used to get it. We love to share our snow !!
The snow is all gone here, its now warm and sunny again!!
Thanks and sorry about the snow you got down south!!

Good afternoon Bagputza!!
Yes you're right, we did have snow as late as in May before and some say in June but I dont remember that. Yes kids love the snow, no matter what time of the year it is, they will go out and make snowmen or go for a slide. I woke up today to the sun shining, the snow all gone and the temperature back to warm. Guess we're back on track for spring then.
Thank you and have a great day!!

Im happy it was all gone when I got up today and now the sun is shining, its warm and all is well again.

This snow might be the effect of climate change? In tropical countries the heat kills many people, but sometimes it will be so cold in night. This change in weather makes many people sick.

I didnt know the nights could get very cold in tropical countries. You're right, these changes can only make people sick if they dont dress for it.
Its sunny and warm her today, all the snow is gone!!
Thanks and try not to get sick !!
