Not the score! But the Wings were too close to elimination for my taste. I truly thought they were going to lose and Babs was going to be fired. I'm sooo glad I was wrong. And now they play San Jose? Well, well, well1 This should be good!Have long do you think this next round will take? 4 games? All 7?

Classic Red Wing hockey..don't worry about Babs, he has Scotty Bowman longevity here I do believe. If the wings play the second round the way they played tonight and Johan's game kicks in..they could do round 2 in 4 or 5..but if it goes to 7 that is just that much more hockey I get to watch my boys play. I almost felt sorry for the dogs tonight, their goalie was brilliant but the wings shut the rest of them down from the jump.. Shark tank..here we come!!

I also felt a little bit sorry for the yotes. There are some rumors that this may have been their last game in the desert. Something about an email sent out to the tax payers, not to accept the Reinsdorf deal. It would be too bad to start over again, if they move, after all the strides they've made this year.

Oh Sh!t the Shark Tank! Do you think we can beat the Sharks? Bounce say it aint so?! The Coyotes did very well . The team should move instead of disband the team.

The Sharks have had a great season, no doubt about that, but..we beat them more often than we lose to them, we almost always play well in the tank, and if the guys play the way they did last night..we can do it, but it won't surprise me to see another 7 game round. It's going to end up coming down to Howard. He has to be moe consistant..no more 4 gosls allowed games and better rebound control.

well one thing I learned this year is that having the home ice advantage has not meant too much as many teams are losing on their home rink I can't remember a year where it has been quite to this extreme so if I was a Washington fan I might be concerned because in the 3 games they played in Washington Montreal has been the better of the two teams and barring that miraculous comeback in game two Washington would already be gone. so they better wake up fast and play the way they are capable of playing or they will be packing up for the summer victims of a huge upset in the first round as I thought going in that Montreal would be lucky to win a game the way they were playing and to be honest the games that I have been able to watch Montreal has been the better team and their goalie has played amazingly well the last two games and I think whichever goalie has the better game tonight will be the deciding factor as you know Washington is going to want to start fast and score first and it should be interesting to see if they can withstand the opening 10 minutes. I just hope for an entertaining Game 7 I love those do or die games when both teams are on the line, but sometimes they can turn out to be real duds of games as one team ends up dominating like one was ready to play and the other was not case in point last night Detroit at Phoenix as Detroit carried the play from the start even though they were the road team and to be honest if not for some great goaltending in the first period that game could have ended 10-1 Detroit instead of 6-1 Detroit as they just came wave after wave and Phoenix seemed lost in their first Game 7 in quite a while as you could see the experienced Detroit team was more then ready and it showed in the final result a thumping victory which took away from a great series.

Not a hockey fan! Don't get the sport. I know must of if not all the names of the NHL teams. I know what is going on in the sport and some of the players names. I might not like hockey but I know alot about it!

Hockey is a beautiful sport but it is an acquired taste. The way you feel about hockey is how I feel about basketball. I Don't see he point. I know some of the star players and the teams because of Sportscenter but I rather watch grass grow than watch a game.

I think they were so tense at the start of the game. After the first goal, they started playing loose. And the game 7 experience really showed. I think the Coyotes were so overwhelmed with the pressure. Now it is only fitting that the only teams left in the west are the three division champs and the wings. I hope the sharks play up to their potential so that they could have a great series. If they did, it'll take 7 games.

You could see the nerves the first couple of shifts, but then it was game on that's for sure..the coyotes have been through the ringer off the ice, I hope that the rumor is just that..another rumor..it was nice to see the ovation their fans gave them..they earned that.
