do you have a certain wash day?

hi,ers,i am living in India,we have a separate community called washerman..they usually collect clothes from respective house,later they wash and iron...or otherwise,they will come to our house daily/3-4 days interval/weekly basis..based on requirement.....

I'm the one who does all the washing in my house. Mainly because I brought new washer and dryer and don't want to many people handling the machines. I usually wash clothes twice a week. On Wednesdays I wash the colored clothes and towels. Then on Saturdays I wash whites and the sheets. Once every two months I wash the comforters on Saturday.

I was as long as there's enough for a load & decent weather to line dry.

We usually wash on Wednesday's or Saturday's. I just washed clothes last night, so Saturday. My husband and I are on third shift so I wash clothes at night, sometimes after midnight so technically the next day. I wash mine and my husband's clothes.

hi there, usually i will be doing my/our laundry at saturdays or fridays. its the most convenient time for me and i am also the one who's in charge since its just me & my husband. but sometimes i also do it in other days like monday or tuesday. because sometimes we do have water interruption. like you i will alos be glad if someone will do it for me or atleast help me, but sometimes its still better to do it ourselves to get the best result that we wanted.

Hi esrsanmiguel ..I also have a fixed wash day every week . It will be tired and exhausting if i decide to wash my clothes daily . Instead of doing that I prefer to wash those clothes in a holiday night, before sleeping. Well , the floor is washed by my room-mate..I am only talking about my clothes .I usually wash my clothes on a Saturday night, or Sunday night. The reason I chose night is that after washing clothes, I will be exhausted and tired . So, I can have a good sleep which will be great . Happy mylotting and have a nice day !

We are a family of four so if I waited till one day to do laundry I would have way too much to do!! I just do it every few days or every other day, whenever there is a load to do =)

My wash day is either saturday or sunday. When I'm free on saturdays then I do the laundry on that day. However, there are times when I have to go to a meeting on saturdays so I have no other choice but to wash clothes on sundays. During holidays I also do some laundry but not as much as the ones I do on weekends.

We do our clothes every Wednesday and Saturday so the load will not be that many and we have lesser time to finish it. :) Especially now that our washing machine's dryer is broken and we don't have any helpers to do it for us. :) Here at home, we try to wash all clothes that are in the laundry bin, even if its not mine I need to wash it still.

i have no certain day of washing clothes. i do wash clothes when i feel like it,sometimes i do it MWF or at times 2 days a week,well it really depends on my mood sometimes.but i really do want is to have someone over to help me with these chores. i feel alone sometimes for being left alone with my niece while doing household chores here.sometimes i feel like i'm just a maid more than being their child! too sad for me,i really don't have a choice! that's why i keep on being busy to forget things which makes me sad!
