i do not have my licence nor do i have a car but when i decide to get my licence i will follow all of the traffic laws, there have been to many accidents where i live with people getting hit in crosswalks.

I dont drive that much but when I do, I will follow the rules.

Yes. I very much for the traffic rules. Accident do occur because of mistakes by two persons. Even though you are right all the time, the other man may make mistakes. So not only one has to follow the rules, but also accomodate for others mistakes.
