I recently ordered this online because I think it would be convenient. (Check out the picture I attached below)
More info about them here: www.eshopsale.com/shoes/footsie-rolls
Footsie rolls are the so-called "Emergency Shoes/Flats" which you can just roll-up and stash in your bag. So in case your shoes break when you're out, or your feet start to hurt, you can just take this out and wear it conveniently.
What I like about it is that it won't occupy too much space in your bag, and you can bring it everytime, everywhere, anytime, anywhere with you! And they look really simple, stylish, and comfortable.
What do you think about Footsie Rolls? Do you own a pair? Are they durable? Would you like to try one out?

hi jeeyah, nice to hear from you again!
so happy you could do some emoticons now,
i have to accomplish a few more posts for me to put some emoticons also!
well,about the footsie rolls,
(reminds me of chocolate "tootsie roll",
which is my favorite back to my childhood)
i found it also cute.but i have questions is that really durable,
strong enough to walk on through specially on rough roads?
i never heard that before! as for me, i really love flats,i never wore stilettos.
well,i once wore really high heels but that was because i had to attend some formal occasion.and since you brought this discussion,do you really ordered this ballet flats online?if i'm not wrong,it's worth 500 plus here in the philippines!
i find it not practical though,i really love flats.i love slippers to be exact!
i usually do bring slippers when i'm out,to change my everyday shoes makes the entire feet really achy.
it's a nice thing there were footsie rolls now, easy to roll and keep in the bag.
but i'd rather not to buy that online! i'm more of a practical person!
oh,i thought i never knew that footsie roll,i guess i've seen it somewhere, and it costs quite more practical than what is in your link.

oh,is that so?
i thought you'd buy that for 5oo pesos.
well, i'm not really a fan of ballet flats.i just don't like it.feels like my feet will get too sweaty on it.and yes, slippers do occupy space in a bag.but if you will change into ballet shoes, where would you put your shoes?
by the way, i guess it's not the number of posts for you to have opportunity to use emoticons,i guess it's the rank of 200 in such category?
i can't use it now,though i've reached 200 posts!

Hello annavi :) And yes, it's actually kind of fun, I'm abusing it. You're close to those emoticons! Only a few more posts!
Haha, anyway. I think that's the point of the name, a spoof of the famous "Tootsie Roll".
I've read somewhere that the footsie rolls are only meant to be used indoors or on paved walkways, so I don't think it would be convenient to use on rocky and uneven terrain or something. It would work for me because I'm not really going to use them much, I'm just gonna have them for back-up inside my bag. :D
I ordered the flats online, yep! It only cost P350, though I haven't paid for it yet because the seller hasn't sent me the invoice yet. There are some who sell it super expensive, so I got really thrilled when someone was selling it for only P350.
I've thought of bringing slippers as back up, but if you think about it, slippers will occupy a big space in your bag, and it could be really dirty, lol. Thus, I decided to purchase some footsie rolls.
Is there a place where you can buy it offline, then? :) And the link I posted, I just posted it for the information in there, not actually the price. ;)

It depends where you buy it. Some sell it really cheap. ;)
You have a point there, but I never really thought of that. Because the main point why I wanted to purchase those footsie rolls is in case my shoe breaks. So if that happens, I can just simply throw away my broken shoes and wear those footsie roll temporarily. Or, I can just carry my shoes or something. Much better than having to lug around slippers all the time, right?
And are you sure that you can't use it? I believe when you reach 200 posts, that's when you can use it.

nope, I can't wear those "ballet flats" because they don't give my toes enough room and since I don't wear heals for part of that reason (the rest of the feet are also a problem but THAT'S a discussion all its own) I wouldn't need "emergency flats"...

Have you tried one of these out? Lol. I also don't wear heels that much, but I'm scared of having to walk around with broken slippers, sandals, or shoes (it has happened to me before, ) so I could really use some "emergency shoes" to avoid that kind of inconvenience again.
AND YES I AGREE! The name is soooo cute.

Hello dear friend Jeeyah , ohh well i cann say that yet up untill now , i have never heard about these types of shoes , but after the way you described them , they seem to be really handy shoes and yes they do make me wanna try one of these out , but i dont really think i may be able to find these type of shoes in belgium , and its a reall pitty , but luckilly thanks to your link i may now go and see if i cann shop them online , and if they are making shipments in Belgium , off course if it is more expensive to pay for the delivery then the shoe itself i'll surely not buy them.

Yes, this was also the first time I heard about them. They seem really fashionable and convenient, and fun. And I think some sellers from from different parts of the world can ship to other countries. Some sellers offer cheap shipping, so yea. Good luck!
