it is always like this. when my husband has a responsibility in church or in ministry related matters, we get persecuted. there will be temptations, rising tempers, people who malign us, etc. etc. sometimes it gets tiring. but i really try to look up and present my requests to God. God is good and eternal. He doesn't change no matter what the problems are. I just pray for the strength to hold up, and the wisdom in how to handle things. ahhhh...just so stressed out now. lots of things to do. so little time. please help pray for us. thank you my mylot friends. :D i know, even if you don't personally know us, your prayers will still go a long way and make a difference in our lives.. God bless you all! :D

Prayer is a wonderful and powerful thing, my friend. And with the internet God's community seems to be just that--a strong community. I am praying for you and your hubby.

That my darling friend...is Satan! And he does it to all of us because he knows exactly what our weaknesses are and just how to worm his way in and make us doubt the sovereignty (Spelling?) of our Lord. Being a pastor's wife, I can definately relate! There are those who will tell us that our children have to be perfect (they're not); that we should not fight or disagree (we do); and that we should always put the church before ourselves. Fortunately, Mike's congregation is wonderful, and do not hold us to those things I mentioned above. They tend to rally around us, circle us with prayer and hold us up when things go wrong. I will pray for you, but I also encourage you to talk to some of the ladies in the church. Find a group that will pray with you and for you when you get down. And remember that God NEVER leaves your side. Love you sister.

I think its how really people think now a days or it does mean that God is in your side always, and you and your family in your every day's life. Just continue what your husband and your family are doing, and I bet more blessings will come.

When I'm persecuted for my beliefs,it makes me happy, because then that means I'm of God.The bible says if you're of God,the worldly people won't like you.The bible prophacies near the end the bible says people are going to mock God.I just ignore people who think I'm wrong and focus on God and Him giving eternal life to us true believers.

There is a big shift in esoteric climate going on right now. People are being labelled in black in white as atheist or (insert denomination here) and that is why I think you are experiencing firey rebuttal and push back from people. It's like any new freedom or right that comes into the now. There is no grey area. I am not a christian and tend to speculate and question question question about god and supernatural things. People want to label me an atheist and spiritually bereft person. I am neither. This is kind of off topic to what you wanted but I am trying to be open minded here and also see both sides of the coin. I used to be one of those people who would defensivly try to spur my point of view. Now it's more of a calm healthy debate. I will pray for you and your husband and hope that it offers you comfort. But to be honest I am still struggling with a definitive in whether or not there is something or someone that can or will answer. Cheers.
