Best Boss

Did you ever had a job where you liked your boss a lot? Not in a romantic way but because of their admirable qualities?
When I worked in Juferd General Merchandise, I really like my boss because she was understanding, generous and you'll learn a lot from her.
How about you? Did you ever liked a boss?

Yes! I was a dental assistant for many years and I really liked the last dentist I worked for. There was the usual grumbling in the office from the other employees. I always felt that they were wrong. I had had two very demanding bosses previous to this last one and next to them, he was so wonderful! He would give monetary bonuses occasionally when things were going well with the business. I loved those kind of surprises. One day, the schedule was really tight and he had a complicated case in one operatory and some bridge work in mine. While he was working on the complicated case, he asked if I could make a temporary on my own for the patient in my room. I did and he really appreciated it. In fact, he said "Take your husband out for dinner tonight and send me the bill!" Of course we did! We went out for a steak dinner on him!
Sometimes people just like to complain. They really have never worked for a bad boss and don't have the perspective that I had. He was a great guy!

That's really great! Well, whatever a person do, others would always have something to say. It's sad when people don't appreciate other people who are being good to them especially if there were greater possibilities ending up with boss who doesn't appreciate the effort of his people.
You're lucky that you have a generous boss and that he appreciates what you do for him. I hope that there would be more bosses like yours.

You're right. Having good working relationship with your boss motivates you to be more productive. And workers can be really productive when they're happy.

You're right. In order to be successful, there should be harmony not only between you and your co-workers but also with your boss.
