Hi everyone! Every baby that is born is a gift from above. It is a priceless and the most precious gift every couple or anyone could have. If you're a mom or a dad or dreaming of having a baby of your own someday, What if you knew that your unborn baby, still inside the mommy's womb, has down syndrome or has any complications what would you do? everyone's opinion is most appreciated. Happy mylotting :)

Part of being a parent is dealing with the hard stuff. If my child had health issues or deformities, it would still be my responsibility as one of the people who chose to conceive him to care for and love him as my child. Having a child is not a choice - once you conceive, you've got it.

true! Once it is there you are fully responsible of the child with or without deformities. Thanks for your reply :)

Baby born or unborn is a life form. I would keep my baby, with or without any complication or disability. It is a gift...a life gift from God. And,it's a special gift either for having deformity.

true! Everything that we receive is a gift from God. We must cherish and give importance to it no matter what it is or what happen to it. :)

there is a procedure called amniocentesis where the doctor can extract amniotic fluid in the womb and if there are any complications, you have an option to abort the baby. Sometimes, during pregnancy if it has complications, it has a tendency to not grow or be born premature and if they will be expelled from the womb, they die.

that's just not good. :( It's not the baby's fault if she was formed and grew like that.. :|

oh that would be so difficult to respond to. I can't imagine I would know how to react or what to decide or do. It would be so tough.

my sister has a less possibility on bearing a baby as well because she's obese but last year she was able to conceive and they have a baby girl now. Keep your hopes up. :)
