Does the weather affect your writing output?

It so hot here in the Philippines, to make things hotter, add up the rotating brownout occurring at least once a week. Once summer arrived, I noticed that I was only able to write few articles only in the morning when the weather is less hot, but as noon approach I have no choice but to call it a day as a writer/blogger.
I hope rain comes soon, but not hard enough to flood the Philippines. Nobody wants another Ondoy. The cold breeze isn't the only thing I like when the rain starts to fall; any time of the day I could write without enduring heat and feeling like you're inside an oven.
Do you think rain dance could work? Well, I'll just leave it to nature. I'm not really good at dancing anyway.

Hiya katkat,
In Spain the warm weather is here and how we have gone from freezing cold right up to 27 or 30 degrees in some parts and although it does go chilly of a night it soon gets very hot in the Morning by 2 0´clock it´s already very warm. The light in this office also makes you even hotter too so I come back and write later on when things are cooler in here. Hot weather affects most people like that yes it does me for a few days and then I get used to it again. I already have my sandals on last week I was wearing winter Boots.
