how are your sleeping conditions?

i have a big problem regarding sleeping.. im a night person now ever since i met internet so im preety much always up at night.. the problem is i cant control myself when i get drowsy at the morning i just have to sleep.. even if i sleep early at nights.. it's taking over me.. even if im trying to fight the urge i still get bitten up... can someone help me.. i really dont like being like this... my job's getting affected already so is my social life.. :(

You have to make a choice keep the internet at night and get a night job and do the internet on your days off. or Get rid of the computer because it sounds like it is becomeing an addiction. Especially if you are the sole dependant of your house hold.

My girl, you need to get your priorities straight. Also, you say that your job and social life are getting affected due to your sleep related issues. Hunnie, if you don't handle it now, with job and social life issues, health issues will get added to that list. Take control before things get worse. Don't sit up too late with the lappy. Fix up some time and don't sit for more than that time online. Take a nice shower and get into bed with a book. If you are anything like me, books will make you sleepy.lol. Also, workout and get really tired. That will help you sleep at night for sure. Then this internet won't be a priority. Try this and let me know how it goes :)

I believe that each and everyone of us has our own good and bad experiences about sleeping. We all encounter sleeping troubles. I am not sure if it's normal or not but I tell you, you're not alone. I am nocturnal as well. I always stay up late at night or even dawn. I also have insomnia so it's a little hard for me to fall asleep. As a result, I used to get very drowsy and tired in the morning. But I learned that everything is all in the state of mind. If you think that you want to change your sleeping habit, then it's possible. Start to make a change in your sleeping pattern and try to see the difference. That's what I also need to do.

Good Evening dear Mainam26 , i used to have the same problem you happen to deal now , two years ago , ever since i started playin online TEXAS HOLDEM , i used to stay up all night and got to bed around ten AM or even later in the afternoon , but now i have learned to make myself a program and stick to it , hence my familly needs me too and i can't me up all night and never do stuff at home that i needs to be done. I don't have much advice... I would try looking up something boring to the point that it makes you sleepy.. but either way you are goin to need to get a grip on it because something like this can literally become an addiction

I've not been able to sleep for years now , i've tried all sorts of medication but have ended up feeling so ill the next day i couldn't function . I have resigned myself to the fact that while the rest of my household sleeps i will be wide awake and just waiting for morning to come .
