Teeth Whitening

What is your preferred (and successful) method for whitening your own teeth? I am in the market and deciding between using my dentist's ZOOM method versus over the counter products. All insight on this would be appreciated! thanks!

My teeth is naturally yellowish due to my parent's 2nd handed smoke when i was still growing my teeth as young kid. Currently none of the method i tried helps to whiten my teeths ): So i hope i can get some new and effective methods here in this thread. Hehe. Good luck in deciding cmjune (:

I don't use a whitening agent. I have dentures and take mine out to whiten ! But I would follow my dentist's suggestion. Just makes sense if he's responsible for your teeth/mouth.
