Stray Cat Strut

I have a kitty-cat that think lives at my house. He is at my door everytime I open it; when I pull into the driveway he runs over to my car. He talks a lot too.... I found his owner lives two houses from me, but refuses to go home! My landlord will not allow pets in my cottage and I am HIGHLY allergic! Should I just go ahead and take care of him as an outside kitty? I was thinking maybe it's some sort of sign from above?

Do you know how SPECIAL YOU are to to hand picked by a cat??? :) Cats are VERY Picky ! Just take care of the cat as an outside cat and the Good Lord will love you for it ! quita

He just feels sorry that you do not have a cat of your own. He probably also has plenty of love for his owner. If it does not hurt you to be around him outside, enjoy it. I have a kitty or two that find neighbors to love, but they come home to my house and eat what I feed them. Lots of love to go around.

you are allergic and can't have a cat so of course he wants to be your cat if you can have him as an outside cat, then do so - you won't be the worst for having been loved by a cat

Well that is one sweet kitty. You can try bringing him back to his owner, but if He's a stubborn kitty, you can take care of him outside I guess. Kitties are really sweet. I want one but my folks wont let me keep one :( You're lucky!
