Okay, so we all have good days and bad days. The question is who do you go to when you have bad days? How do you deal with it? What makes you feel better? I tend to go to my boyfriend and he always knows how to cheer me up and always has the right things to say. If he's tied up with some stuff, I call my family and they make me feel better by telling me how much they love me. Who do you go to and what do they do for you?

Right now I am having a bad day because Word messed up on me and I am trying to fix it..So along with asking how to fix this problem, I have my music cranked up, trying to relax...

I understand that. I've had a lot on my mind lately and its been hard for me to concentrate. I've been trying to focus on getting through this last week of classes and preparing for finals but I'm so burned out. I can't really help you out with fixing Word, other than telling you to try to use a friend's computer if you can. Music sounds like a good idea. I hope things get better for you. :-)

No it isn't the body, it is a side panel that opened up and is driving me crazy that I can't close it.There is no "x" anywhere like when the right side panel opens..

Funny enough, I too was having a bad day today. I didn't think anything would make me feel better. Usually the thought of my kids and their futures with all their potential is enough. Today was different..... it seemed like nothing could console me! My boyfriend didn't know what to do or anything, so he thought! We went to a usual weekly event at a coffee house. They always have this delicious looking chocolate cake we never could commit to paying $3 for. Well they had one piece left and my boyfriend got it for me. Having wanted to try it for soo long, I didn't hesitate to try it. Immediately after the first bite i got a smile that would not fade. I vented my problems to a few friends and now I feel great! I'm sorry to hear of the previous bad days but I hope they get better.

I'm actually eating ice cream right now and its definitely making me feel so much better. I'm sure if I had some chocolate cake that everything would go away just for a little bit. I'm just trying to make it to Friday so I can go home and see my family.

I oftentimes have bad days, especially on matters regarding my work confronting me. What I'd do is grab my phone and listen to music, close my eyes and pretend that nothing happened. And when I'm at home, I'd go to my bedroom and sleep. After that, I'd manage to forget things and tell myself that every thing's gonna be alright. There are some things and problems that I can't just share with my family. So I opt to doing these methods of easing the ache in my head.

I can't listen to music on my phone but when I was driving home from college today, I listened to my iPod in my car. It was pretty relaxing to listen to my music and turn it up and sing (terribly) to all my favorite songs. My brother gets out of school in a few hours so I'm looking forward to picking him up and having some chill time with him.

I have a younger brother and when I'm upset it seems like he just laughs at me. Thats definitely not cool but I think he just doesn't understand all the stuff that I have going on. I'm in a sorority so sometimes I call my sisters if I need to talk and they will be there for me. They understand whats going on better than my brother does. A hot shower and crying usually helps when I'm mad or upset about something. I've just been down lately. Thanks for your response. I'm glad you're able to go to your family when you're upset.
