They should have taken the DA's offer to take lie detector tests

But only if he gave them to Victor and Nick, also and agreed to free them if the tests showed Victor's confession was a lie and that Nick didn't kill Adam. Of course there would be the hazard that he would only have questions that would make them look bad and not ones that would help them in any way.

I was wondering why Heather told the DA what they were planning. Heather does not work for the DA office anymore is she trying to get her job back. Billy should still write an article in Restless Style to get the DA to start looking into other suspects hope he does.

Hopefully this is a story line they will resolve fairly quick, though doubtful. We have too many storylines with loose ends going, granted there are many of them that connect to Sheila's long last sister..some of this is starting to get old..They can only expect us to swallow so much of what is so far-fetched..The ouija board and Janna trying to "reach" Kevin was laughable..at best. Your solution works for me, but as someone else said, it would keep them from dragging this one a few more weeks.

Problem is they are covering things up, just not directly about the murder, but that will make them look bad...
