Do you suffer a lot of dyspepsia? it is a chronic digestive disturbance or indigestion. It is a functional disease. do you know that eating pineapple can prevent you from dyspepsia? I love to eat pineapple, it gives us health benefits not for my dyspepsia but also for neutralization of my hyperacidity. how about you do you like pineapple?

I have also hyperacidity but I can feel the pineapple working to neutralize the acid in my stomach. It relieves in awhile.

I don't think it's good for dyspepsia. I'm somewhat acidic also due to to my over-consumption of coffee, and when I eat pineapple or even drink pineapple juice, my stomach really disturbs me. I rather take OTC medicines for it. I eat pineapple everyday, cause it's fiber-enriched and helps me with my metabolism, but only on full stomach and I refrain eating them when I feel that my dyspepsia is showing signs.

Eating pineapple is good for preventing dyspepsia... Eating pineapple that act as a tonic will help you to reduce the formation of acids to your stomach that causes dyspepsia... lemon is the best fruit for preventing dyspepsia, lemon juice helps you to remove acids and other harmful substances from your stomach... it increase your appetite also...
