Heading to the beach next weekend. It has suddenly occurred to me, that we as adults focus to much on what has to be done. Go to work, clean the house, pay the bills, are all important things. Every once in a while it is nice to cut loose and get away for a couple of days. Enjoyment in life is a welcome respite. Take some while you can.

Good for you! I was also thinking of some things I can do to relax but I have gone to the beach a few weeks back and I want to do something more or something new. My family and I went to the beach at that time and maybe next month we will be going to the swimming pool. hahaha! I think I sound so stupid cause I said I want something new but I am still going to go to a place where there's a body of water. lol

I love the beach. Spending time on an uncrowded beach always helps make one relax. It is so relaxing to just lie on a hammock with the wind gently rustling and hearing the sound of the waves. That kind of scene is pure and simple enjoyment of life. It makes us appreciate nature. That is why I never pass up on these kinds of vacation. As you said,we should balance our lives with work and play.

It is very important to unwind and relax especially now that life seems faster brought by urbanized lifestyle sometimes it is just too difficult to cope up with the pressure, stress and tensions everyday, so we really need to get out and have some fun with friends in a relaxed environment like beaches and mountains. It is very important to go away and take a vacation once in a while.

Yes it is nice to cut loose once in awhile, we get so stressed out from working, paying bills, wondering if we have a job left when people are getting laid off. WE just do not make time for us anymore. Our lives have become so complicated that we just cannot enjoy what we have even if it is in small amounts.
