do you like Papads.

How do you prefer your papads. The tasty, crunchy papads are made in varieties of ways. I like them roasted on fire or on gas burner, it is faster to make than instant noodles. After roasting them on fire, top the papads with finely chopped onions and corriander leaves. This is masala papad. How much and how do you like you papads.

I like masala papads a lot. For this I select big lizzat pepper papad, fry it in oil. I cut onion, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves into small pieces, spread it on the papad and eat it. Especially in rainy and winter season, this tastes so good.

Lizzat papads are made by helpless women who are self employed. Their organisation is known as Mahila Udyog Samithi. Most of the women are widows and orphan females.

Papads are the same as papadoms right? I love them with the curry mutton. It's really godlike. I also like to mix them with rice and dahl or curry. Now I am craving for it...

Generally papadom/papad goes well with vegetarian meals, Now I am craving to pave papad/papadoms with mutton curry.
