NASA Scientific Balloon Crash: Any reaction?

the painstaking product of a number of years of research and a multi million dollar project of nasa crashed on the australian outback just after a failed lauch. the scientific space balloon crashed and even toppled a four wheel drive vehicle leaving debris flying in different directions.
