Why do you want to do that? Use eyeshadow.

eye shadow grey and brown.and you can also use a dull green. and smear just a hint of black lipstick on the eye to give it the shine gloss bruise effect that real bruises have.

When working on a black eye, it has to look like a bruise. Black eyes aren't actually black, so don't use black make-up. You can find some good pictures of bruises on line. They tend to be shades of purple, with some green and yellow. The best thing is eyeshadow. Try to find matte shadows, cause some shadows have shiny specs in them that will make the black eye look un-natural.

Do you have to use make-up? It may sound crazy, but when I was a kid in elementary school, I got hit in the side of my head with a softball pretty hard. My girlfriend talked me into using charcoal underneath my eye, (like you use for a barbecue) and everybody fell for it.
