in a reasonable amount of instant noodles are safe to eat. which often is a concern is that if consumption of excessive amounts of instant noodles to reduce the consumption of the main menu. this can lead to high consumption of MSG and consumption of food is less varied.

Can you explain this further. I don't understand what you mean with instant noodles. I thought all noodles are more less instant. You buy them in a box and cook them in hot water for about 10 min depending on how many noodles you cook at one time. Even if you have home made noodles, which I have done before in the end after the noodles are dried you still cook them in hot water.

the savory flavors of instant noodles and tasty for wearing a variety of seasonings that do not think it's very dangerous for the health of health such as:
MSG, artificial flavorings, so it feels so like the taste of chicken, beef, meatballs, etc., artificial preservatives, etc.
Food preservatives on the ingredients that are not allowed in health

I love the Japanese ramen and soba. Instant noodle is not good for health as it only contains carbs and msg as well as other chemical stuff. I prefer having noodles that is served with fresh ingredients.
Cheers.

Noodle itself is healthy by all means, but the instant noodle is made with too much oil and artificial integrediets, so people say it's not healthy. also when you have instant noodle you don't have enough vegetables and other nutritions inside.
I like instant noodle, but I try to avoid them. I try my best to cook myself.

I love eating noodles too, especially at night when I feel very hungry. This is the most convenient way of satisfying our hunger. Noodles are not really disadvantageous if not eaten very often. Just like any other foods, it should also be eaten with moderation. Too much of something is bad, as what they said. Noodles contain a lot of salt which is not good for our health if eaten too much and frequently. Aside from that, some noodles also contain preservatives which are again not good for our body. You can eat noodles if you want but make sure not to take too much of it. Drink plenty of water as well in order for the salt to be dissolved and cleansed.

I like noodles and I cook it once in a while. My husband is not fond of instant noodles because he thinks it is the food of lazy people. My husband is a better cook than me and I enjoy his cooking. I like to customize noodles by adding variety of vegetables and make it a special dish by adding extra spcies. I prepare it on weekends when I get time to experiment on the recipe.

Honestly, any food that we over consume may be harmful to our health. Any food should be okay when eaten in moderation. However, I do think that some instant noodles have too many carbohydrates or MSG, so it is not healthy to eat them too often. I still love instant noodles, though. I'm still a college student, so it is a staple of my diet. I do toss in some vegetables, though, to make it a little more healthy. Some people think it's odd when I throw in some lettuce or bok choy, but I do think it somewhat counters the unhealthiness of the noodles.

Probably because it is high in carbs and some people believe you shouldn't have a lot of carbs. Also it depends on what kind of noodles and what you're eating them with. Instant noodles are often salty or fatty and oily. But if you're making your own noodles, they can be very healthy. It's better than eating cheeseburgers everyday!
