Since its summer, storing food at room temperature seems difficult cause its really hot and bacteria can grow really fast with a temperature like this. If you are going to store food like nuggets and meatballs maybe they are not gonna last more than 24 hours. Food with some sauce especially food with tomatoes in them easily gets spooled. I think its better to consume everything that you have there rather store and if it gets spoiled it will go to waste.

If they were cooked in a normal manner, I might chance it after one day, but even after 12 hours or so I will get nervous.
There is a method to make jerky, removing the water and the fat and then smoking or processing it somehow that would make it last longer.

for durability, product nuggets, meatballs and sausage should be stored at freezing temperatures (in the freezer). if the product is stored at room temperature, the durability of not more than one day. if at the time the product is purchased in a frozen state, so if stored at room temperature for 30 minutes, the product was not frozen anymore. microbes can grow rapidly causing damage to the product.
